Silver Wings Access Van Inc. (SWAVI) DRIVERS

SWAVI’s criteria for safely driving Meadows residents includes:

Class 5 Driver’s Licence (regular SK driver’s licence)

*Watch van securement system video (approx 25 min) at home prior to the in-person training.

Attend in-person van training (approx 1 hour).

Read our policies and sign Understanding agreement (provided by email or in-person).

Provide valid driver’s license (SWAVI to submit for clean driver’s abstract approval).

* FOR Non-family Volunteer Drivers ONLY * In addition to complying with all statements above, non-family drivers to submit a clean RCMP Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector approval to SWAVI.

SWAVI will provide a Criminal Record Check request letter to you, to remove cost for Check.
